Refund Policy

At Affilito Online, we strive to deliver high-quality digital products and services that meet your expectations. Due to the nature of digital goods, our refund policy is outlined below to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds on digital products within 7 days of purchase, only under the following conditions:

  • The product files are corrupted and cannot be used.
  • The product has not been downloaded or accessed.
  • The product is materially different from what was described on the sales page.
  • We are unable to resolve a reported issue within 24 hours of the issue being reported.

Refunds are only granted if requested via email within the 7-day period and include a valid reason for the request.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If the product has already been downloaded or accessed.
  • If the issue reported is resolved within 24 hours.
  • If the refund request is made after the stated 7-day window
  • For all downloadable digital products, unless proven defective or incorrect.
  • For services or software-as-a-service (SaaS) products, unless the refund is requested within the first 24 hours of purchase.

Payment Platform Policies

Some purchases may be subject to the refund policies of third-party platforms such as PayPal, Stripe, Gumroad, WarriorPlus, JVZoo, ClickBank, Digistore, EJunkie, Beacons.ai, Stan Store, or others.

If a platform enforces a specific refund window (e.g., 30 or 60 days), we will honor that time frame, and your refund will be processed accordingly before the platform’s refund window closes.

Duplicate Billing

If you were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error, we will promptly refund the extra charge. Please contact us with proof of the duplicate transaction.

Abuse of Refund Policy

To protect our digital assets and prevent misuse, we reserve the right to decline refund requests from users who:

  • Repeatedly request refunds on different products.
  • Attempt to abuse or exploit our refund policy.

How to Request a Refund

Include the following in your message:

  • Full name and email used for purchase
  • Order ID or payment receipt
  • Reason for the refund request

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back via the original payment method. Refunds will only be issued in accordance with the timelines set by the payment processor/platform used during purchase.
