• Prohibited Traffic: You are strictly prohibited from using low-quality traffic sources such as pop-up ads, pop-under ads, unsolicited bulk email (spam), fraudulent or misleading advertising methods, or any other sources that may harm our brand reputation.
• Monitoring and Termination: We reserve the right to monitor your traffic sources and promotional methods to ensure compliance with our quality standards. If we determine that you are sending low-quality traffic or engaging in prohibited practices, we may terminate your affiliate account and withhold any outstanding commissions.

Marketing Materials

• Product Mockups: We understand the importance of marketing materials for promoting our products effectively. Affiliates may request product mockups to use in their promotional efforts. However, these mockups are solely for promotional purposes and should not be used to mislead or deceive potential customers.
• Reference Articles: Upon request, we may provide reference articles or product descriptions that you can use as a basis for creating your own content. However, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of the content you create.
• Email Templates: If needed, affiliates can request sample email templates to promote our products. It is essential to customize these templates to align with your brand and audience while complying with applicable laws and regulations governing email marketing.

Commissions and Payments

• Commission Structure: Details regarding commission rates and payment terms can be found in our affiliate agreement. By joining our affiliate program, you agree to the commission structure outlined therein.

Termination

• Effects of Termination: Upon termination, you will no longer be eligible to earn commissions. You must immediately cease using any marketing materials, trademarks, or intellectual property associated with our program.

Governing Law
