Affiliate Terms of Service

For Affiliates Promoting Affilito Online Products

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the participation of affiliates in the promotion of products created and sold by Affilito Online, owned by Parth Bora (https://affilito.online). By signing up or applying to promote our products through any affiliate network or platform (including but not limited to WarriorPlus, JVZoo, Digistore, Gumroad, Stan Store, ClickBank), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility & Approval

  • You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • Affiliates may be manually or automatically approved depending on the platform.
  • We reserve the right to reject or revoke your affiliate status at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms.

Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates must adhere to ethical marketing practices:

  • No false, deceptive, or misleading claims about our products or earnings potential.
  • No spam of any kind (email, social media, comment spam, etc.).
  • No promotion on illegal, adult, hate, or questionable websites.
  • You may not impersonate Affilito Online or create fake identities to generate sales.

Violations may lead to account termination and forfeiture of commissions.

Use of Branding & Materials

  • You may use only approved marketing materials provided by us or created by you in compliance with these terms.
  • You may not modify our sales pages, download links, or product content without prior permission.
  • You may not use our logos, images, or brand names in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership without consent.

Commission Structure

  • Commissions vary by product and platform and will be outlined on each affiliate program page.
  • All commission payments will be handled via the platform used (e.g., JVZoo, WarriorPlus, etc.).
  • We are not responsible for payout issues that arise from these platforms.

Refunds and Chargebacks

  • If a customer requests a valid refund within the allowed window, and the purchase is refunded, your commission for that sale will be revoked or deducted.
  • Any fraudulent or duplicate purchases will also result in commission cancellation.

We reserve the right to refuse repeated refund abuse and protect the system from misuse.

Non-Compete & Integrity Clause

  • You may not create or sell products that are direct clones or misleadingly similar to ours.
  • You may not engage in negative marketing or “black hat” SEO to gain an advantage.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any loss of income due to downtime, technical errors, platform issues, or affiliate errors.
  • Any disputes between the affiliate and the affiliate network/platform.

Use of this affiliate program is at your own risk.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate status:

  • Without notice, if you violate any part of these Terms.
  • If your promotions bring legal, reputational, or platform risk to Affilito Online.
    Upon termination, you will no longer be eligible to promote or earn commissions from our products.

Changes to Terms

We may update or change these Affiliate Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.

Jurisdiction

All matters arising out of or related to these terms shall be governed by Indian law. Legal disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
